Charles Landon was born in Ohio, where he earned his first real estate license while working for his mother, who was a broker for Century 21. He spent 16 years working in both commercial and residential real estate with her firm, during which time they sold properties in several states, including California, Texas, Florida, and Ohio. After his mother retired, Charles transitioned to the automotive industry, working for some of the largest dealerships in the country in California.  In 2007, Charles moved to Las Vegas and spent 12 years selling timeshares for Hilton and Wyndham.  Now, his career has come full circle, and he is back to selling real estate.  Charles is the SNTHS Family Representative.
