Tina Morgan is currently the General Manager / Managing Partner of Nevada Stairs, Inc for the past 4 years. She earned her BA in Psychology from UC @ Irvine and her Master's degree in Special Education from University of Nevada, Las Vegas. After relocating to Las Vegas in 1993, she has worked with many prominent homebuilders in the Vegas valley in multiple capacities from sales and marketing, purchasing, onsite superintendent, project manager, to owner of her own construction company. She has held her B-2 and C-3 Nevada State Contractors licenses and owned and operated Las Vegas Homes and Development and Las Vegas Stairs and Trim, LLC with her husband of 25 years.. In 2011 after closing her construction company, she had the opportunity to teach high school Math, English, and an Adult Education (GED) program in the Clark County School District for six years until she was drawn back into the construction industry as a jobsite superintendent for Woodside Homes. Tina stayed actively engaged with the Clark County School District assisting the CTE program with internship and job opportunities for carpentry students through her volunteer work with the Southern Nevada Home Builders Association (SNHBA) as their Workforce Development Committee Chair.
