Kent Lay: Mr. Lay has over 25 years’ experience in residential home and commercial construction. He has overseen the construction of more than 10,000 homes and various commercial projects throughout the Southwest. He started his career with Pulte Homes and has also worked for Richmond American Homes and Beazer Homes. Mr. Lay has been employed as Vice President of Construction, Vice President of Purchasing, Vice President of Land Development and Acquisition, Division President, and Regional President during his career. He has been the Division President for Woodside Homes of Nevada, LLC for the last 9 years. Mr. Lay is the past Chairman and current board member of the Nevada State Contractors Board. He is past president of the Southern Nevada Home Builders Association. He holds a
B.S. in Finance from Arizona State University.
